Kingdom Leader Cohorts
Good news! You do not have to lose your mind, your family, or your soul to be good at what you do.

The science supports what God has already told us- There is transformational power personally and professionally when we take time to intentionally reflect, cast vision, and follow through on our activity, together. These cohorts are primarily “principal” rather than “prescriptive” based. If you want to be told what to do hire me as a consultant, if you want to grow in your own capacity to learn how to apply biblical principals to your life and ministry context, this is for you.

Whether you are a pastor, non-profit, or marketplace leader these cohorts will help you be more connective spouses and parents, more intentional and decisive leaders, more curious and courages human beings and most importantly more relationally connected to your peers and the King of the Universe who loves you.
KLC- Pastors
Pastors thank you for loving the church! These cohorts are primarily for those leading in pastoral roles within the church. Conversations will be shaped around increasing freedom for Kingdom movement within the ministry context by increasing freedom within the leader. The vocation of pastoring is often lonely and isolating. Even for those that this is not true, it is still often a space that minimizes creativity and curiosity. The aim of this cohort is to strengthen the Kingdom by increasing peace, clarity, vision, skill, and connection for each individual leader.
KLC- Non Profit Leader
Non Profit Leaders thank you for loving and taking big swings at the needs of others. Your task is uniquely difficult in that it lives on the generosity of those who do not need its services. The tension of funding the work and doin the work is a very real one. This cohort aims to give you space to slow down and ask "God what do you want to do here?" as opposed to "What are we able to do?" Join your peers in growing your capacity to translate theological concepts into practical business solutions through a more full expression of who God has made you to be.
KLC- Market Place
Marketplace Christians thank you for being on the front lines of culture. Your capacity to dream and build provides resources for the rest of us. Our base necessities of food, shelter, and work are most often provided for here. However, often the marketplace has not been seen or supported as a Kingdom expression. These 10 months offer you an opportunity to connect your love for Jesus and for others with your skill sets. Join this to Increase your leadership capacity, entrepreneurial spirit, as well as personal and spiritual health.
